As you embark on your wellness journey with us, kindly observe and comply with the following policies:

Fragrance Etiquette:

• Ours is a SCENT-FREE haven. Please avoid synthetic perfumes and scents on your body and clothing prior to entering, as some clients and staff have allergies.

Sobriety Embrace:

• Enter our sanctuary sober. Absolutely no Alcohol, Drugs, Smoking, or Vaping is permitted on the property. We reserve the right to refuse service to those suspected of being under the influence.

Health Check:

• Consult your Medical Professional before booking if you have medical conditions that may pose a risk during Hot and Cold Plunge Therapy.

Mandatory Waiver:

• Your session requires a signed waiver.

Adult Oasis:

• This is an adult-only facility; participants must be over 18. Regrettably, no children are allowed, even if not participating in the therapy.

Pet-Free Zone:

• No pets allowed due to our Guardian Dogs. They are kept away from the Spa area.

Pre-Plunge Prep:

• Avoid a full stomach before Hot and Cold Exposure. Please consume light meals, and no outside food or drinks are permitted.

Refreshments & Relaxation:

• Enjoy Mineral Rich Artisan Well Water and Herbal Tea provided. Pre-book Charcuterie plates for post-session relaxation in the Tipi by the fire.

Septic System Sensitivity:

• Only human waste and minimal toilet paper in the toilet, please.

Respectful Conduct:

• Show consideration for our equipment, furniture, clothing, and facility. Intentional damage or vandalism will incur charges on the Credit Card used for booking.

REFUND POLICY:

Full Refund ( less a 20% Administration Fee) 60 days or more prior to appointment

Appointment may be rescheduled  (subject to availability) at any time prior to 30 days of appointment 

No refund within 30 days of appointment
